Description:To ensure that maximum satisfaction and room revenues are attained by providing courteous and efficient front desk service.

To receive and process guest reservations in a courteous and accurate manner, maximizing guest satisfaction, and hotel revenue.

Duties:To procure 100% repeat guests by consistently providing “CARE”, which exceeds guest expectations.

Promptly greets and assists guest in person and on the telephone to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Receives and processes reservations efficiently and accurately

Operate the switchboard providing courteous, prompt and accurate hotel communications according to Doubletree by Hilton standards.

Demonstrates knowledge of the guest recognition program: enrolling, handling the guest, credit and redemption of points.

Prepares reports as requested, to develop an informative database for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.

Demonstrate knowledge of procedures with different airlines: room assignment, check in/out, sign in sheets, billing, retrieving and reading the flight schedules, location of terminals/hub.

Prepares reports as requested, to develop an informative database for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.

Performs all other duties as requested or required to insure the smooth operation of the entire hotel.
Qualifications:Customer service experience necessary.
Front Office experience preferred.
